Doctor professor in architecture with more than 25 years of experience, currently holding the position of Dean at the University of Architecture in Bucharest.
Besides guiding and shaping generations of architects, he is also utterly involved in the Romanian architecture scene, being the founder of OAR (Order of Architects from Romania) and RUR (Humanists Register from
Romania) and member of several professional organizations.
His passion for the field is proven through both national and international endeavors: nominated and awarded in several contests, got involved in both academic and professional international activities and participated in a number of exhibitions.

Located in a residential area in Slatina, this project becomes a landamark in the indistinctive urban scenery. When configuring this house, the aim was to reinterpret several traditional architectural elements, especially in the interior (the porch – as an equivalent for an intermediate space located in the proximity of the access and the staircase, the bridge – through the undisguised use of the roof slopes in all interior spaces, the passage – the connections between the upstairs spaces, the garden – the winter greenhouse). |
