Marius Sperchez

With more than 20 years of experience as a Project Manager in engineering companies in the construction industry, Marius has been involved in several types of projects of different complexities: office buildings (UniCredit Building, Raiffeisen Head Office), residential (Asmita Gardens, Olympus Residence, Urban Nest Residence, Foisorului 60A, and others), industrial, and public parkings (University parking, refurbishment of National Theater underground parking).

After only 5 years of experience, he became the Head of the Project Management team and since 2011 he’s been the General Manager of an experienced engineering company in Romania, which promotes an out-of-the-box mindset with exceptional results.

He was the Project Manager of the development team who built the first real green office building in Romania, as well as the first office building which used in design seismic dampers in large scale.
